First time offshore

It is my first time offshore.

Tomorrow is my birthday and I'm going to spend it offshore. Honestly speaking, now I'm a bit regretful for making such a decision.

This morning 7a.m. i took KK flight to Labuan. Upon reaching Labuan my colleague and I checked in to Waterfront hotel.

At 4p.m. the boat departed from the jetty. We headed to Kinabalu field which is 50km distance from onshore. You don't need me to describe how bad the weather and sea condition were. A normal 2 hour boat journey took us almost 3.5 hours to reach the Sapura 3000 workboat. I vomited at least 3 times :( and kept asking when we would arrive our destination.

Now i am in the client cabin surfing internet and writing my post. Luckily the living quarter condition is good however i couldn't contact the outside world using my cell phone (obviously there's no reception here). The only way I could contact my family and friends is through internet. And also, i couldn't log in to facebook. it has been blocked. So my friends, or whoever want to wish me happy birthday just leave your message here. Thank you :)

That's all. I wish myself Happy 23rd birthday!!!!!! Stay healthy and cheerful :) Also thank you Mommy~~ without you I won't be in this world hehe.
